We are glad to inform you that at least 275 foreign guests are coming
to Iceland in January to compete at the RIG 2010. Here are some
of the competitors and teams that already have confirmed there participation:

Figure skating:
Finland:
- 1 competitor from Raisio
- 4 competitors – Lahden Taitoluistelijat
Sweden
- 5 competitors from Boo SK Konstakning.
- 6 competitors from Enebybergs IF
- 7 competitors from Upplands Vasby KK
- 1 competitor from Satra KS
- 10 Uppsala skridskoklubb USK
Denmark
- 8 competitors from Hvidovre Skating Club

Bowling:
Sweden
- Robert Andersson, Swedish youth national team (from 1998-2003) and Swedish national team (from 2003 and still is). Best results; World champion in double 2006, Europe and World team champion.
- Patrick Backe and Martin Blixt were World champions in double 1999 and Europe and World team champions. Patrick were Europe champion in double 1997.
- Karl Whalgreen was in 2nd place in all events in youth WYC 1998.
- Tony Fransson was in the Swedish youth team 1996.
- Mathias Möller was in the Swedish youth team.
Norway

There are 2 months to go and we are happy to inform you that the registration is going very well. Many world class athletes are coming and among them our silver medalist swimmer from Bejing Mr Alexander Dale Oen.
It has also been confirmed that the most popular musician in Iceland and former Eurovision Idol Páll Óskar will keep up the volume at the Closing Ceremony. |

| Reykjavik International Games starts for the 3rd time in exactly 3 months and "almost "everything is going according to plan. It looks like RIG 2010 is atracting interest world wide and there are some world famous athletes coming to compete in Reykjavík. We will for sure have a world class competetion and we can guarantee:
- Strong competetion in every sport.
- Low price flight, accomodation and so on cause everything is now cheap in Iceland!
- Great amusement!
- World class facilities.
- We also like to think that we are pretty friendly!

| Three members of the organizing committee promoted RIG in Scandinavia in the first week of September.The visit was very successfull where our friends from our neighboring countries at the Sports unions and federations were very helpful to assist us. We are very thankful to them! In our presentation the Pure Health was introduced as the traveling acency which will help our foreign friends to find the best possible flights, accommodation and more.
